Craptive

Creative is pointing its legal guns at Apple and hopes that the U.S. International Trade Commission will issue an injunction against Apple that keeps the company from selling the Ipod portable media player in the U.S. Creative also filed a suit that seeks damages for "willful" patent infringement.

Face it Mr. Sim,

Apple > you.

The move of a desperate company. One that is bleeding money.

Yay.. boring.

I saw that too! Poor Sim Wong Hoo. His marketing and product design department should be sacked for the failure of Zen. This is really a last-ditch attempt on his part. I wonder if this will spell the end of Creative.

Osim is going down this path too actually, churning out so many products like that. They're posting losses already and it's set to go down some more unless they diversify and start doing something else soon. People are not buying into their gimmicky massage products anymore...

They are? I only saw Jacelyn Tay and Ix Shen (in the iGallop one)...

Btw, I don't know but recently it seems to me that local companies are doing quite badly. Sembawang Music has just been sold. Dave Boo (CEO) has stepped down as CEO already... He got some venture capitalists to buy over his company at 2 cents higher per share than his IPO rate. Wonder if there's more to it than meets the eye in this deal...

GOSH! I only like just read about Sembawang Music like a few months back? Like how well they were doing and all that shit?

Emm. .this is certainly food for thoughts. .
